Oak Mountain Day Hike

This was the first full club event with the UAOAC! 26 members of the OAC including all five officers went on a day hike at Oak Mountain State Park. The same route was taken as last time (White Trail to Orange Connector to Blue Trail) and the trails was just as scenic! It was partly sunny and warm for a winter day; a perfect day for a hike!

The weather was beautiful and everyone enjoyed the hike. We were able to finish our trek in 4.5 hours (including an hour-long stop at the overlook to take in all the beauty).
