There's a few reason to join the Outdoor Adventures Club:

It's a way to get involved - Campus is really big, but it can feel even bigger when you don't have clubs and activities to be involved with

It's really fun! - If you have ever been interested in getting outdoors, or have some experience already, this is the club for you! We are all about getting our members outside, and we want to to enjoy it as much as possible.

Meet new people - Like we said, campus is big, and sometimes it's hard to meet new people in such a big place. With the OAC, you'll have lots of chances to meet people with similar interests on our trips and at our social events.

Like we said, we're all about our members and helping them out. Here's some of the perks you'll get when you join:
UA Outdoor Rec Discounts
Have you ever wanted to take a trip, but didn't have the gear to do it? Well worry no more! All of our members get a 10% discount off rentals at UA's Outdoor Rec.
To get the discount, email the President (president@uaoac.org) during the week you want to get the rentals. We're workng on Member Cards, but that's how for now.
Outdoor Adventures Club Stickers
If you enjoy stickering things (your water bottle, laptop, dog, whatever) then we've got something for you! Everyone who joins gets a free sticker of our logo design. The stickers are really high quality, so they'll look great on whatever you decide to put them on!
White Sierra Apparel Discounts
Do you like nice flannels, jackets, rain gear, and more? Do you like it even more when its 50% off? Then you would love our deal with White Sierra! They have high quality apparel and accessories that's looks great too!

Member Perks
We're glad you asked!
The first thing to do would be fill out the Membership Application to get yourself started! That will get you registered with the Club and you should get an email not long after.
After that, we have a few housekeeping things to take care of:
1. Dues
We have very minimal dues that go towards helping our club run, reducing the costs of trips for you, and getting benefits for our members. At just $20/semester, you can pay an officer in person, or do it by going to our online store.
2. Membership Agreement
The MA is just a short piece of paper saying you won't break the rules, hurt yourself, hurt other people, etc. It just helps us make sure everyone knows the rules and everyone can have fun.
